1、含義不同

agree with意思是：“與……一致”。

agree on主要指雙方通過(guò)協(xié)商而取得一致意見或達(dá)成協(xié)議。

2、搭配用法不同

agree with后面既可以跟表示人的名詞或人稱代詞，也可以跟表示意見、看法的名詞。通常的固定搭配為：agree with sb./ what sb. said意思是同意某人的意見、看法。

agree on后接動(dòng)名詞，表示就…達(dá)成一致的意見。

3、引導(dǎo)從句不同

agree with后面可以跟what引導(dǎo)的從句，而agree on沒有這種用法。
