stay in和stay at的區(qū)別是什么

stay at是指呆在某個特定的地方;stay in是指呆在隨意某個地方。stay at+小地點。如：stay at the hall。stay in+大地點。如：stay inBeijing，stay in China。

(1)、in與at的比較：用于地方時，at指較小的地方，如指城鎮(zhèn)時，in指較大的地方，用于省、國家、大陸前。國際大都市前用at 和in都有，但在London前通常用in。在指說話人的住處時要用in，且一般in表示實在的存在，而at卻不是。

(2)、用于時間時，可表示時刻，如at night，at three o'clock，at dawn，at any time等。也可表示較短的時期，如at night，at the beginning of the month等，其中at night表示時刻時意為“在薄暮”，表示較短的時期時意為"在夜里"，通常指黃昏或上半夜;
